Tried emerging php and this dependency is required. It fails with the error reported in my paste

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge php
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
Tries to compile the first package it left off at which is tetex and fails

Expected Results:  
successful emerge
