While trying to install xfce4-xfapplet (part of a emerge xfce4 xfce4-extras) i get: checking for libxfce4panel-1.0 >= 4.3.20... not found *** The required package libxfce4panel-1.0 was not found on your system. *** Please install libxfce4panel-1.0 (atleast version 4.3.20) or adjust *** the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you *** installed the package in a nonstandard prefix so that *** pkg-config is able to find it. !!! ERROR: xfce-extra/xfce4-xfapplet-0.1.0 failed.
Is xfce4-panel installed at that point? It should be, as it is a dependency of xfapplet.
RDEPEND=">=xfce-base/libxfce4util-4.3.90 >=gnome-base/orbit-2.12.5 gnome-base/gnome-panel" DEPEND="${RDEPEND}" At the time of the error i did a --skipfirst and when i now tried it emerged ok. I did a backtrack on emerge.log and xfce4-panel was installed later on. This is a strange error, because right now I did a emerge -epv xfce4 xfce4-extras|grep xfce and the xfce4-panel is almost on top of the list.... Did you change any deps in the last 12 hours that may have fixed this?

Fixed, adjusted it a bit to make sure. Thanks welp!
