The diction ebuild does somthing incorrectly, as diction searches for
dictionaries in /var/tmp/portage/diction-1.02/image/usr/share.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge diction
2.diction <file>

Actual Results:  
data@datalap k6 $ diction ../../eng/aa21-22.rtf 
diction: can not open /var/tmp/portage/diction-1.02/image/usr/share/diction/C:
No such file or directory

Expected Results:  
Should have used dictionary in /usr/share/diction/

The man page also says files are located in /var/tmp/portage/diction-1.02/image/usr/share/diction/*

I changed the ebuild and seems working fine now, please test it, if isn't ok yet please reopen this bug.
