Every time when I tried to compile kdevelop-3.3.5 it fails with:

I don't know why, but /usr/qt/3/include/private/qrichtext_p.h was a directory in my file system. 

Removing /usr/qt/3/include/private/ and re-emerging qt3 solve the problem.
