Been lasting for a couple of days already. On any version bump the tarball is not there.

I'm seeing a lag on the mirror, can you take a look please?

Completely broken now:

Since there is no response, I'm removing this from the official mirror list. 

Thanks for supporting Gentoo with a mirror and if you'd like to once again support Gentoo, please re-open this bug.

I'm sorry, but I'd like the mirror admin to re-open and inform us as to why it went down the first time and then maybe we'll consider it as a fresh application.
