Description geoffrey 2003-02-23 13:08:50 UTC
While emerging djbdns-1.05-r5, it fails, consisyently, with a mismatched md5sum
for the ipv6-gentoo.diff file. This happens, consistently, across several
systems on multiple networks.

>>> our recorded digest: dea62d98ea9c521d678fe4939873cb56
>>>  your file's digest: d2bf744c23f982d9ea13cb57f9d4f5af

Unfortunately, doing USE="-ipv6"  emerge net-dns/djbdns and/or adding -ipv6 to
/etc/make.conf have no effect on this problem: the emerge still fails while
trying to add this patch.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge net-dns/djbdns
2. Watch the error appear - regardless of your make.conf flags (i.e. -ipv6)
3. Change the portage tree digest for the ipv6-gentoo.diff file?

Expected Results:
If I add -ipv6 to make.conf, or the command line, I would expect the ebuild to
ignore the ipv6 patch and not add it.

-r6 has been marked stable
