- app-defaults should be installed to /usr/share/X11/app-defaults, not in /usr/lib/X11/app-defaults/XnView
- fix RDEPEND (monolithic X no longer supported, drop redundant glibc dependency, this has only RDEPEND, not DEPEND)
- add RESTRICT="strip" as this is binary-only thing
- move binaries to /opt/XnView and symlink them to /opt/bin
