The connection takes a long period of time to "look up" for every connection, but when the connection is performed it works.
Connection: default for dhcpcd (/etc/resolv.conf from livecd, /etc/conf.d/net empty)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge one package
2.see the long time for the connection to "look up"
3.see the correct time for the download to be performed



Expected Results:  
a quick "look up" for a broad band internet connection

Internet connection from spain: ono (www.ono.es)
It doesn't happen on Windows O.S. and Debian GNU/Linux O.S.
