Hi, Were you always able to reproduce this problem? Also, what do you have your USE flags set to?
User replied to say his use flags are as follows use flags were "-X -gtk -qt tcpd pam -static" and that it was reproduced. Will attempt to replicate.
If you try removing the ebuilds (like rm -rf /usr/portage/app-admin/aide/*), then emerge sync'ing and then emerging aide again, does it still reproduce this error? I've tried testing it across 5 systems and I have been unable to replicate it.
Unable to replicate. If you can come up with a way to replicate or this problem is still happening feel free to re-open the case.
It will fix if we port it.
If you can provide some more info as to what exactly needs to be ported and why you think it would work, that would be great.
Is this problem still happening? If so is it on one system or many? Are you running with stable or testing keywords (sparc or ~sparc)? What version of portage?
I wasnt able to reproduce this problem eithre using the same USE flags. chuck
Unable to reproduce across multiple systems. Need more information from ticket creator.
Recent Gentoo Bugzilla move caused the status of this to change. Changing back.
