Please mark dev-java/joda-time-1.3 stable as the current one is very outdated and as such probably contains wrong timezone information. The apicheck results are not that good but on the other hand the only thing using the current stable is dev-java/xstream and even that is ~arch: Total: 55.32% good, 2.7% bad, 41.96% missing, 1.51% abs.add Error Summary: Packages: 1 missing. Classes: 32 bad, 22 missing. Interfaces: 10 bad, 5 missing. Fields: 2 missing. Methods: 96 bad, 197 missing, 62 abs.add. Constructors: 1 bad, 31 missing. The only testing advice I can give is testing compiling and compiling xstream. The tests can also be forcefully run on 1.4 but as they do not compile on 1.5 they are generally disabled.
