Please bump.
Comment 1 Alin Năstac (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2007-01-12 14:07:19 UTC
Version has been commited to cvs.
However, I had no time to test it, so I've p-masked. Please test it yourself and, if the test is satisfactory, unmask it.

will do, thanks

I can't tell you why or how this is breaking, but it's definitely not operating properly. Randomly losing routes is no fun ;-)

In my testing, sho ip bgp 204.50.48.1 works under 0.99.5 but not under 0.99.6 (routing loop at AS3062 on 0.99.6).

Not sure if/how this helps, but I'd definitely not consider this stable.
Comment 4 Alin Năstac (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2007-01-14 21:19:34 UTC
What USE flags are you using? Relevant to quagga of course...
Comment 5 Allen Parker 2007-01-15 13:56:37 UTC
USE="ipv6 pam snmp tcpmd5 -bgpclassless -multipath -ospfapi -realms -tcp-zebra"
Comment 6 Alin Năstac (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2007-01-15 14:01:57 UTC
Perhaps my adaptation of the tcpmd5 patch is to blame.

I can try again without tcpmd5, but would eventually like to be running tcpmd5 between myself and my upstream routers. If you'd like me to test a couple different useflag combos, if you jump on IRC, I'm currently in #gentoo-dev, you're welcome to privmsg me :-)

0.99.6 has been unmasked.
