KNmapFE is a frontend to nmap ( fyodor net/portscanner
http://www.insecure.org/nmap ) it runs on QT2 and KDE2 libraries , and should
compile on any unix flavour. It gives you a full control on all nmap options and
settings in an elegant GUI.

Do you know whether there is also a kde3 version?

Latest version of this program is from June 2001 - for KDE 2. 
 
Going to close as a WONTFIX.  If one of the devs really feels the need to install this, please 
reopen.
