It would be great that this page top display a TOC which would provide hints 
that the icons are provided in a tarball at the end of the page.  I manually 
choosed and downloaded about 4-5 of them before figuring out that the tarball 
was provided. 
 
Also interesting would be to provide that tarball through an ebuild such as 
emerge gentoo-iconset.

Bug #15443 has an ebuild for the icons.  I'm slowly getting a gentoo-{artwork,icons} ebuild into portage.  Unfortunately life keeps getting in my way :)
