Want to compile my system with the compiler flag -fsched-insns.
Causes a compiler error with zlib.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add -fsched-insns to compiler flags
2. emerge -e system --newuse
3. Check the output
Actual Results:  
Compiling error

Expected Results:  
No compiling error

Here's an idea - remove it from your C[XX]FLAGS...
