It is not currently possible to emerge net-tools-1.60-r12.tar.bz2.  Specifically, no mirror contains the required file net-tools-1.60-patches-1.4.tar.bz2.  This package is part of most profiles, and its failure prevents me from performing any world updates.

your portage tree is out of date, net-tools doesnt use 1.4 patchset anymore
