emerge -pv libssh:

emerge thinks that 0.2 is older than 0.11 (and it's so due to numbers), but it isn't so according to changelog

Expected Results:  
Maybe it would be better to rename 0.11 to 0.1.1 to make emerge think that it is BEFORE 0.2

Sorry, 11 > 2 ;) 

Can't be fixed until the new version gets stabilized and the old ones removed from the tree.
