Since the recent update to =dev-libs/icu-3.6 and =dev-libs/boost-1.33.1-r1 =app-office/openoffice-2.0.4 does not compile anymore on any of my amd64 machines. I tried many CFLAGS but not even CFLAGS="" works. It seems to compile on my main machine now - I'll see it in some hours. I'll test it for another one as well. I am not sure what I might have changed since the error message. ('emerge --sync && emerge -Duv world' maybe?)
Still looks like a local problem, so closing
I tried again on another machine. After booting I did an "eix-sync", an "emerge -Duv world" and a "revdep-rebuild". revdep-rebuild tried to reemerge openoffice and that faild due to the old problem. Then I did an "source /etc/profile" and an "env-update" and tried "emerge openoffice" again. Now everything works, although I am not sure why.
