Description Klaus-J. Wolf 2003-02-20 08:01:31 UTC
When emerging or unmerging, I always get a message like:

/usr/sbin/ebuild.sh: line 1134:
/var/tmp/portage/sun-jdk-1.3.1.06-r1/temp/environment: cannot overwrite existing
file

The directory under /var/tmp/portage/ in the message is always different, and
the process continues apparently without further errors.

I have the settings "set -C +H" in root's .bashrc, but normally, this shouldn't
affect scripts...? In the past, IMHO it didn't, but 2.0.47 seems to have changed
behaviour.
