dev-libs/xmlwrap has http://pmade.org/software/xmlwrapp/ as HOMEPAGE and http://pmade.org/software/xmlwrapp/download/${P}.tar.gz as download location. pmade inc. changed their website and there is not a single word about xmlwrap on the new one.
