Bug 160705 – x11-wm/compiz-0.3.6 ebuild needs startup-notification as a dep

startup-notification should be added as a dep. to the ebuild when using -gnome kde USE flags.

Reproducible: Always

1. emerge startup-notification

sorry for that:
checking for COMPIZ... configure: error: Package requirements (libpng                    xcomposite              xfixes        xdamage                  xrandr                  xinerama                ice                     sm                      libstartup-notification-1.0 >= 0.7) were not met:

No package 'libstartup-notification-1.0' found

I confirm, compiz needs libstartup-notification at ocnfigure stage. x11-libs/startup-notification is usually present when you have a gnome desktop, therefore it goes unnoticed, but when you have a kde desktop, emerge fails at the configure stage, because libstartup-notification is not present.

therefore (kde or not) x11-libs/startup-notification is a dependency of compiz-0.3.6, dependency not present in the current ebuild.
