since emerging qmail-1.03-r10, qmail-send log fills up with messages like this: root@rux0r qmail-send # cat current | grep unable.*mess | head @400000003e530c97390ddf84 warning: qmail-todo: unable to stat mess/0/0 @400000003e530c97390e2da4 warning: qmail-todo: unable to stat mess/1/1 @400000003e530c9739be4b94 warning: qmail-todo: unable to stat mess/2/2 @400000003e530c9739be6ad4 warning: qmail-todo: unable to stat mess/3/3 @400000003e530c9739be72a4 warning: qmail-todo: unable to stat mess/4/4 @400000003e530c9739be7e5c warning: qmail-todo: unable to stat mess/5/5 @400000003e530c9739be8a14 warning: qmail-todo: unable to stat mess/6/6 @400000003e530c9739be91e4 warning: qmail-todo: unable to stat mess/7/7 @400000003e530c9739be9d9c warning: qmail-todo: unable to stat mess/8/8 @400000003e530c9739bea56c warning: qmail-todo: unable to stat mess/9/9 root@rux0r qmail-send # cat current | grep unable.*mess | wc 10545 73815 788100 10500 lines of warnings in about 2 weeks is ridiculous
Please emerge rsync and then re-emerge -r10 as the ext_todo patch has been removed in favor of big-todo...
on a similar note (and ill file a new bug if you want), but i noticed that /var/qmail/alias is not in CONFIG_PROTECT ... this results in .qmail-* being overwritten on updates ...
ok, that fixed it, thanks
