please rename it to something less vague

dev-db/mysql-init-files or something

while renaming, please also drop dependency on initfiles with USE flag 'minimal'

I've fixed bug in c#1, removed RDEPEND when USE=minimal is set, but for the renaming you must wait the next maintainer become active. I've not enough experiences in packages move and don't want to risk now.

sys-apps/mysql was moved to dev-db/mysql-init-scripts.
