The samba-2.2.7a.ebuild script does not copy the libsmbclient.h header file to /usr/include. This 
file is needed to compile anything that depends on libsmbclient (like the libsmbclient kioslave). 
The script does compile libsmbclient and copies the .so files to /usr/lib.
