It is not possible to get a system without man-page software due to mini-qmail directly depending on sys-apps/groff although it is in the system packages .. plase fix

there is no way to incorporate the information "i dont want manpages" into DEPEND

re-open when such a thing is possible (like USE-expanded FEATURES)
