I can confirm this, and somehow I'm a bit baffled that a "file not found" slipped through...
I can confirm too, on a brand new x86 install.
Same on ~amd64... Can't emerge amarok with musicbrainz use flag without this.
This should be fixed now, I overrode the distutils src_compile with the default.
