While setting up my printer, I copied the steps on your printing howto pretty
much verbatim (substituting my printer for the demo).  The step where foomatic
created the .ppd file kept failing.  Turns out foomatic didn't like using
/dev/lp0 as the file.  It wants file:/dev/lp0 instead.
