here we go! not sure about the ppc keyword, but since pyogg and pyvorbis have
them, let's try.

note: i often use pyogg and pyvorbis with pyao, so this is (in my opinion) a
pretty necessary package.

thanks mike for the ebuild. i made a couple of changes to it, including using the distutils eclass. otherwise, good job!

added to portage.
