- no maintainer
- uses check_KV instead of proper linux-mod eclass (Bug 150058)
- won't compile even by miracle, loads of compile errors
- last release in 2001 and plain useless, please remove this thing.

TUlip is in-kernel in 2.4 and 2.6, correct?

Yeah, since 2.4.0 at least; didn't bother with checking 2.3.x.
