when i enter
emerge --oneshot /usr/portage/net-www/horde-kronolith/horde-konolith.1.0.ebuild

a mixture of kronolith and my root-home-dir is installed which wasn't so in
verion portage-2.0.46-r?

1. emerge --oneshot /usr/portage/net-www/horde-kronolith/horde-konolith.1.0.ebuild

Actual Results:  
root-home-dir mixed with kronolith dir

Expected Results:  
should not mix

not using ver .47, i have downgraded, dont want to upgrade

No futher help on this one... so we'll just assume it's a dupe of 15929
