Well, this is still broken, should be removed from thirdpartymirrors as well; the timeouts are pretty annoying.

This is a side effect of being short on bandwidth. I can look into it more next week when I'm back from winter break.

I've been playing with various QoS rules to improve things. I've heard no complaints from local off-campus users, so as far as I can tell things should be happier now. More tuning will continue as my time permits.

I can't seem to reach the mirror either. Can you please look into this ASAP?

Seems like passive mode is borking. Firewall rules?

I've tweaked a couple firewall rules and corrected things so ip_conntrack loads properly. Looks happier now.
