I've been using the Desktop Configuration Guide to install my Nvidia-based videocard and suggest that the guide is altered to avoid the following problem... After emerging the Nvidia drivers and configuring the /etc/X11/XF86Config file, the guide tells you to start X. It is not mentioned that you need to modprobe the new module and that you should edit you /etc/modules.autoload file to make sure the modules is loaded on boot. This could be confusing for nOObs (like myself :) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Follow the guide :) Actual Results: I was not able to start X... Expected Results: Inform the reader of the need to run modprobe and edit /etc/modules.autoload
