Since emerge handle prelink automatically, maybe you could say that we can install prelink before emerging all packages.

No. It still causes too many breakages, and is a bad idea to use it system-wide. Comes under the "ricing" category, which we don't actually have. :)

Even with with well configured PRELINK_PATH_MASK ?
