Wbar is a fast quick launch bar coded in c++.
It's requirements are imlib2 only.
It's coded with speed in mind.
Looks like osx launch bar.

Initially tested on fluxbox, window maker. Functionality added
to run on Gnome, Kde, Xfce, others
