Ebuild for release 0.9.7 based on rhythmbox-0.9.6.ebuild

The only change from the 0.9.6 ebuild is bumping the libgpod dependency to 0.4.0, per the release announcement.

This works for me.

Regarding the new last.fm radio support, it is enabled.  There wasn't a use flag in place for last.fm track submission support and this new feature is part of the same plugin and uses the same configure option (audioscrobbler) in the rhythmbox build system.

Regarding the new magnatune support, it is enabled if the python use flag is enabled.  The rhythmbox build system has a single configure option for all plugins implemented in python.

reading through configure.in, I would also update deps to :

>=x11-libs/gtk+-2.6.0
>=gnome-extra/nautilus-cd-burner-2.11.3
>=dev-python/pygtk-2.8

and eventually add a local flag for gnome-keyring (the same way that is currently used for evolution-data-server)
