This ebuild should make it possible to compile rhythmbox against gnome2.2. Tested on 
X86/gnome2.2 and PPC/gnome2.0. PPC compiles, but has multiple segfaults when you try to 
run it. X86 works fine.

read the ebuild submissions docs please, do not file them as blockers (why would a new ebuild be a blocker !?), file them as ebuilds / enhancements.

i dont know about rhythmbox btw, its all too feeble to put in.. i will be killed by the reports i get over it.

I might look into netrhythmbox soon, as that is supposedly the 'stable branch'.

well, rhythmbox has been removed from portage an is not supported anymore.
