Description Sebastian Krämer 2006-12-24 01:25:51 UTC
Let me quote from transcode-users:

----
Hi there,

Today I've rolled out first public release candidate tarball for 1.0.3.
1.0.x branch gets only simple & critical hotfixes, but there are anyway
a few issues to check out before to put out a full release.

So the need for a few RCs :)

Fetch it from http://fromani.exit1.org and please report any problem (wrong
configure/Makefiles, bad file permissions/owner, autotools incompatibilities,
code will not build...).
Please take in mind that this release is NOT intended to fix every
known transcode problem and/or to save the world: for those things, there is
CVS HEAD :P

+++

Changes since 1.0.2:

- export_pcm: don't open output file for inexistent channels.
- export_dvraw: applied (slightly modified version of) patch.
  found at http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=146307
- tcdecode: fix RGB24 misbehaviour.
- configure: update to work with newer autoconf; detect newer libavcodec.
- filter_compare: avoid hangup.
- filter_logo: avoid hangup.
- transcode: avoid to break when using long option string for filters.
- libtc (internal): export symbols as C ones, without C++ mangling.
(needed to fix some avifile issues).

No regressions expected (of course :P)
----

Since there are no huge changes, the 1.0.2 ebuild can probably just be bumped (except for the gentoo patch that made it into mainstream).
