Sweep is a sound file editor.  I recommend media-sound/sweep.

Improved sweep-0.8.1.ebuild with USE flags

Adds IUSE for alsa and oggvorbis
Adds error handling
Adds version numbers to some dependencies
Note: alsa support is broken in sweep-0.8.1, it does not hurt to have alsa
support in ebuild though.

Commited (~masked) Need to update this when the alsa code is stable (presume next release?) Let me know if there are any issues.
