tried to use g-cpan:
# g-cpan -i SVN::Notify

but it failed:
Calculating dependencies -
emerge: there are no ebuilds to satisfy ">=virtual/perl-libnet-2.26".
(dependency required by "perl-gcpan/Net-SMTP-auth-0.08" [ebuild])

can we get an updated libnet depend please ;x

It's actually a bug in that particular copy of g-cpan. The copy in svn will be rc2 shortly, which correctly generates the dep as simply virtual/perl-libnet.

doesn't exist. see last note about g-cpan.
