Maybe you have an old copy of valgrind sitting around that's causing issue? Cna you unmerge it first, then retry kdelibs?
Also, if this happens can you please let me knwo what version of valgrind you did have installed so we can report it as broken to the kde devs?
thanx a lot, after unset my personal USE-flags, removing the distfiles/kdelibs-3.* , syncing and emerge kdelibs oncemore. compiling successfully! I don't know, but it seems the distfilepackage had broken files. But it couldn't be because of gentoos md5 checksum mechanism. hmm. I have also to change the valgrind because of old version 2.2.0. But it wasn't the failure.
