Thanks to David Leverton for patches ;-)

These are the ebuild and patches for installing this theme in gentoo.

I noticed that the package doesn't build without arts installed.  This can be fixed by adding "--without-arts" to the econf line.  Since nothing outside the build scripts seems to actually use arts, there's no point in having a USE-flag.

galaxy theme is deprecated by mandriva in favor of ia-ora and has known problems, I close this bug as WONTFIX then
