Summary says it all; please create a new mailing list, gentoo-nx, with open subscription that, preferably, does not require one to be subscribed in order to post.  Thanks!

Done.

But only subscribers can post, non subscribers posting is not allowed due to obvious spam reasons.

Please have someone updating lists.xml for our web page and then you can close the bug. Cheers
