hi,

since 4 weeks i'm running a local rsync-mirror.
it's stable since that time, so it's ready for
public use.

rsync://rsync.fhh.opensource-mirror.de/gentoo-portage

please start the standard getting-rsync-mirror-procedure.

PS: Kurt Lieber allready added my ftp/http mirror to the
    official lists.

this mirror is now rsync7.de.gentoo.org.  You should have already been receiving traffic for some time now.  I just forgot to close out the bug. :)
