Description Brad Schuetz 2006-12-17 11:41:54 UTC
Copying the existing ctrlproxy-3.0_alpha1.ebuild file over worked fine for me.

Also I removed the dep on tdb due to bug #148001 and it seems to work fine.

I did the same thing, and ctrlproxy took an awful lot of time to install. The compile part was fast, but it seems there's something wrong with the installation procedure, somewhat related to the docs.
I'll attach my ebuild, which is based in the latest alpha already in portage (hardmasked), with tdb dependency removed. Hopefully the package maintainer will have a look at it.

In case someone is interested, it's commands like this that make the install slow:
/usr/bin/xsltproc http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/xsl/current/html/docbook.xsl user-guide.xml > user-guide.html

3.0.1 in CVS, i didn't had any problem regarding the slow install, though.

Thanks
