In svn r5318 I've reversed the responses so that "No" is now the default answer. Hopefully this change doesn't bother any users like the proposed change for bug 134466 did. :)

This has been released in 2.1.2_rc3-r7.
I'm going to revert this because people are starting to complain. :)
