from eselect-vi-1.1.4.ebuild:
 RDEPEND=">=app-admin/eselect-1.0.6"
from eselect-opengl-1.0.3.ebuild:
 RDEPEND=">=app-admin/eselect-1.0_rc1
    <app-admin/eselect-1.0.3"

both are KEYWORDed x86 and eselect is not slotted. This leads to various breakages (for example, depclean fails because of broken deps - and one of those deps is always broken).

eselect-vi is not stable anywhere, don't mix ~arch and stable eselect-* ebuilds.
