Nice sound editor that uses the fox libary.

Just unpack into your $PORTDIR_OVERLAY and emerge rezound.
Hopefully I have covered all the dependencies. ;)

Commited (~x86 masked) currently with jack enabled by default, it falls back on OSS if jack isn't running. Let me know if there are any issues.
