Although python is in the system set, and it's then usually present on every Gentoo system, it would be IMHO better to state that the python useflag adds a dependency over python; as it is it fails to build while crosscompiling between arches and Python is not available for the target arch.

it really has nothing to do with implicit depends ... no one noticed, that's all
