Running any svn command that requires something being edited - such as propedit - without SVN_EDITOR set (default) gives the following error:

sh: svn-prop.tmp: command not found
svn: system(' svn-prop.tmp') returned 32512

I propose this to be added to point to the same as $EDITOR

$EDITOR on my machine is set to /usr/bin/vim
