dev-util/svnmailer-1.0.8 installs html documentation directly in /usr/share/doc/svnmailder-1.0.8/ , rather than /usr/share/doc/svnmailer-1.0.8/html

Since the maintainer listed in metadata.xml is being retired, I'll take care of this myself.

Fixed without a revision bump, due to the trivial nature of the bug.
