Tactical Ops is a former Mod of Unreal Tournament. It was sold as a seperate game later. On http://icculus.org/~ravage/tacticalops/ a linux version of this game can be found. I failed to create an ebuild for it, though I think it should be similar to unreal-tournament (or other icculus games).
